Meet Joe.  Joe is a semi-retired Engineer. He is also a baby-boomer.  He has lived in the area for 40+ years and still loves it.  Only thing, Joe’s house has outgrown him.  His children have moved out, he no longer wants to walk up & down his staircase anymore, he loathes cutting the grass, cleaning his gutters, or engaging in any maintenance work around the house.  He now wants to scale down, but at the same time Joe wants all his creature comforts that he is accustomed to.

 

 

Here is Carolyn, a high end Lawyer who works in the Melbourne CBD.  Carolyn works long hours and has a very busy social calendar.  Carolyn is time poor.  She has little time to spare, little time to clean her house and tend to her garden.  Carolyn too wants to maintain a high quality lifestyle without compromise, to be close to her family & friends, close to work, close to top quality restaurants & cafés, close to public transport and close to the Parklands, so she can go for her daily walk. 

 

 

Say hi to Haychi.  Haychi happens to work in the area, but is tired of commuting such a long distance from her current residence to her workplace, especially in peak hour traffic.  Like Carolyn, Haychi is dedicated to her career, works long hours and is on stand-by 24/7.  Haychi wants to be close to her work and enjoys an active and social lifestyle.  She also likes the finer side of life.
